SAP HCM Lead

We are looking for a SAP HCM Payroll Lead consultant who have worked on Indian Domestic and other country payrolls.

Technical skills:

• Should have done 2-3 end to end implementations for Indian/ME projects and has a good expertise in Payroll.
• Should be able to handle HCM module independently and will be working with clients directly.
• He/she has completed the deliverables related to the design, implementation, and evolution of the operational solution.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and business teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The employee should be able to understand and lead the client requirement, provide effective solution, foresee any risk, conduct an impact analysis in line with the customer landscape and execute the deliverables.
• Should be able to discuss and present the complex / high level solutions and suggest the customer on effective solution selection; lead and execute the same by adhering to all the processes / protocols and ensuring quality outcome of the delivery.
• Should be able to handle multiple projects / customers across the module.
• Should be an SME in the functional Module s/he is dealing with and should be ready to become a SPOC for the customer as well as the team as and when needed.
• Should be a successor for the Lead consultant / Principal consultant.
• Should act as a SPOC for customer and coordinate with them daily for their specific modules.
• Should be able to lead and execute maintenance activities and system downgrade / upgrade testing; and highlight any inconsistency to the customer.
• Should be able to work with cross module teams to resolve the inconsistencies highlighted.
